A Wrinkle.

Turns out our builder neglected to pay the $135 fee to the city of Brecksville so our city won't come out for a second grading inspection which means the city watch dogs are out to make sure our landscapers are not working in our yard. We can't get a hold of our builder because he has an out of office message on his voicemail. I think he has fled the country due to this $135 fee.

I guess the landscapers are sitting in our yard waiting for the okay and the city peeps are sitting there too, nodding their head and shaking their fingers not to touch a thing! I wish I were at home right now to see all of this. I should call a neighbor to take a picture for me!

If you find an Italian guy by the name of Dominic, send him my way; he is in big trouble for misleading us to believe the inspection was complete!
