Arya and Amiya got a fun water table for their birthday from their friend Olivia. The day after we got it we had Arya play in it and we had no idea that she would soak herself. So now we put their bathing suits on when they play with it. The next day Amiya played with it alone and she was so bored without Arya. Finally on the third day, they both got to play together and the fun lasted for about an hour!

Fun times!
Here are some recent pictures over the past couple of weeks. The girls are getting more and more active. I really have to keep an eye on them because they mistakenly beat each other up. Someone typically ends up catching my attention with a blood curdling scream and big tears! The one that hurt the other always feels so bad with a puppy dog look. Then I feel bad for both of them!
I love this picture. Arya was coming after me because I had the camera (its a hot item for them) and Amiya has a scared look on her face! I think she knows that I will not give up the camera.
Here they are doing what they love to do...chasing each other around the house. They laugh and giggle so much when the chase each other like this! It is sooo adorably cute!
On 4th of July we decided to eat out back so we don't have a huge mess to clean up in the house.
The girls loved eating outside and totally cleared their plates!
Arya crawling on the concrete...OUCH!

Arya is the most cuddly girl ever! She dishes out mutliple hugs to Amiya every day. It is so cute! I love to see their smiles when she hugs Amiya. Sometimes Amiya's hair gets pulled in the process and she gets mad!
Bubble time!
Dilan and Gia were blowing bubbles and Arya and Amiya were trying to catch them!

A Pink and Green Kinda Birthday Party
We all had a great time at Arya and Amiya's birthday party. It was so much fun to see our family...especially our ever so cute neices and nephews! The girls had a great time with all their cousins, aunts, uncles, and grandparents.
There are so many good pictures and so I once again posted a TON of pictures. Sorry for the picture overload. Rachu took so many great shots and so it was such a hard decision.
Here we have Mr Hat Box who told all the kids fun stories and put hats on everyone. The kids really enjoyed the storyteller!
The girls weren't too cooperative during these family shots...oh well!
Some family fun

Cake time!
Amiya balled her eyes out and Arya had a blast digging into the cake!
Gia assisted with blowing out the candle!
Party on with the hats

What a fun weekend it was with our family! Thanks all for coming to Cleveland for Arya and Amiya's first birthday bash!

Cake Smash!
Since Arya and Amiya were born I knew I wanted to do a cake smash at their first birthday. Lucky me has a photographer of a sister so of course she was assigned the task. I was really excited about this cake smash! I was so happy that the cake I made, turned out to have the same color frosting as their legwarmers.
I was not sure how they would be during this cake smash. I have heard that many one year olds just sit and are not sure what to do with the cake. Well I thought in the back of my head that messy eater and food thrower - Arya would have a ball...well she was quite hesitant and just watched for the first part. Amiya dug right in and loved every second of it from the moment I brough the cakes out. When she saw the cakes, Amiya began to jump up and down, flap her arms, and screetch in her squeely high pitched voices.
This was a ton of fun and I was so glad that Rachu took such awesome pictures! There are so many pictures that I wanted to post so I decided to put them in a collage. I hope it works!
