Christmas Morning

Santa came into our house so quietly and laid out all the gifts for Arya and Amiya under the tree. I was very excited to see their reaction when they came downstairs to their gifts and toys. Akhil brought them downstairs and I was standing by the tree. They didn't notice anything but me and were so happy to see me! They both kept screaming "mom-may, mom-may"!

Also you will notice that the ornaments are all on the top half of the tree. Yeah my girls had to grab every low hanging ornament and use it as a ball.

Sure soon enough they noticed their toys and the gifts. Arya began to play with the kitchen set and to shake up the boxes immediately.

Gift opening took FOREVER because with every single gift they opened, they need to play with the toy right away. Children's toys are so hard to get out of the box, so it took forever!

The girls love their new baby dolls

Since gift opening took forever, the girls began to get hungry and wanted to eat breakfast. So we all ate breakfast and the girls changed their clothes.

Apologies that I look like I am 250 lbs...I like baggy house clothes...they are comfy!

What a good momma to her baby doll..maybe they will learn to drink their milk faster with the baby doll and disappearing milk bottle!

Story time...Akhil is reading the book he got about beers and Amiya is learning her alphabet.

Arya is still tearing open gifts while the others read!

Hopefully this kitchen will teach them a thing or two about cooking so I can be pampered once in a while!

This Christmas was so much fun! We really had a great time with Arya and Amiya. It was so fun to see them so excited about all their gifts!
