Busy Busy Busy Playing

It is so nice to have an extra hand with mobile 11 month olds! Akhil's job has gotten SOOO much better since March! I can't even extend on the SOOOOOOOO much better. He seriously was working so much the past 4 years he hasn't had time to relax or take a moment to breath. He really missed out on alot with Arya and Amiya. I felt bad that he would only see them at night by peeking in on them while they slept. But now he is no longer going to Akron General very much. His group has expanded and he is going to University Hospitals now. The hours are great and I love having an extra hand in the evening when I am highly frazzled and stressed to get both girls fed, bathed, and to bed by 7 pm. So he generally is home now by about 5:30 but still works every other weekend. On the weekends he is home by 1pm so it isn't bad at all. His other partners are still working like dogs at Akron General but I'm not complaining!!! I really hope those awful 15 hour days are done for good! But now in Akhil's "free" time he is trying to spend it by studying for his pulmonary / critical care boards that are coming up in October...ick!

A post could not go without some pictures of my cute babies! Here are a few recent pictures that I have taken in the past month.

Both girls fight over books. They get so excited when I put a bunch of books on the floor for them to look through. It usually ends up with someone getting mad though!

Both girls love playing with the spindels on the stairs because it jingles a bit

Amiya gets very excited when we get boxes.

She loves to climb them and then pound on them

Right after I took this pictures one of them push the toy over

and both girls ended up on the floor not so happy!

Arya clapping her hands as usual. When we say "yeeeeeeaaaah" she claps her hands.

Amiya loves going to the mud room to either play with the loose string on the carpet, the door stopper or her carseat. I get so nervous when its about time for Akhil to come home from work and she is in there. I am afraid he will open the door and smack her in the head. As much as I try to get her away from there, she keeps heading back to that room!

I was in the kitchen washing dishes, then I come out to find her inside her changing table.

This girl is in everything!

I know I have a lot of pictures of Amiya posted here. She is doing a lot of funny things!

Here she was amazed by the sunlight shining through the window on the carpet.

She kept touching it and was trying to figure it out.
