Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas! Its a warm, wet, and rainy Christmas day today! The girls got a lot of nice toys and clothes from family and friends which they will love to wear and play with! We actually celebrated Christmas last Sunday morning because Akhil is working today. My parents slept over so we opened up all the presents and took pictures with the girls. They were very interested in their new toys and of course the wrapping paper!

Today, Arya, Amiya, and I have gone over my parents house for Christmas while Akhil works in the ICU. He should have a pretty light day today in the hospital because people bring in their sick family members the day after Christmas so they can spend the holiday with the sick person! So hopefully he will be home before the girls go to bed tonight!

As you see below, we have no oranaments on our tree. I never got around to putting them on. I had too much wishful thinking that I would have time to put them on! Oh well...at least there are lights on the tree for the girls to look at! There is always next year!
