Rice Cereal & Oatmeal

For the past few weeks I have been giving the girls rice cereal and oatmeal. The first time I gave it to them, they both had an absolute melt down because they wanted their milk. They have gotten used to the cereal now but they only let me feed it to them. They don't like when anyone else feeds it to them! ha! Not sure if they perfer the consistancy that I make it or they just want me to feed it to them! :)

Also they don't like sitting up themselves and eating the cereal. They only eat it if I am holding them in my lap. I am trying to teach them that they have to sit in their chair to eat but they won't eat that way!

Yesterday I made them pureed apples and Amiya loved it! She was so full but she kept wanting more! I can't wait to experiment with making tons more baby food!
