Housewarming Puja (Blessings)

As of last Tuesday it has been official that the house is ours! We passed all points of inspection with the city and the bank. So while in Argentina our builder, Dominic emailed us to let us know. We were really excited because it got finished a week and a half early! Yesterday afternoon we had our priest (the same one that married us) come and bless our house before we move in. He did his typical housewarming puja which I had a hard time sitting Indian style the whole time. He asked me if I do Yoga which I replied, “Yes, for 5 years”. I got a weird look for not being too flexible! Haha! He blessed our house with peace, love, prosperity, fortune, health, kids, the whole nine yards.

In the middle of the puja he got up and started taking pictures with his cell phone. It was really funny and really unexpected. They all came out blurry but here it is.
