My First Mothers Day!

Today was my first Mother's Day as a mom! It was very special and different for me. I have always spent Mother's Day with my mom but from now will I spend it with Arya, Amiya, and my mom! Today was "Jamie Day" so Akhil cleaned up after the girls the whole day. It was nice not to have to get down on my hands and knees to scrub the floor down after they eat. It was also was a nice break not to wash a single bottle today!

Here I am opening my gift from the girls. Amiya is holding the card and Arya is playing with the earring box. Yesterday, Akhil said that my gift was the fancy dinner we went to on Saturday night. I claimed that doesn't count since his hospital paid for the dinner by giving us a $150 gift certificate! :)

Here we are at brunch this morning. The girls had fun making a mess everywhere. The manager looked really annoyed at all the food they threw on the floor! ha!
