Pregnancy - 14 weeks.

Today we had another ultrasound…being pregnant with twins is awesome because we get to see them all the time! I went to a different doctor’s office to get this ultrasound done and I guess the perks of Akhil working at Akron General is that we didn’t have to wait at all! The doctor just showed up when we walked in and there were a bunch of people in the waiting room. I guess the doctor had an emergency C-section in the morning so he was late. We were the first people he took and we showed up at 10AM! I felt bad for those other people waiting for a couple of hours but I guess that’s why we decided Akron General would be better to deliver at!

I liked the set up of this guy’s ultrasound machine…because I actually got to see the entire ultrasound! It was soo amazing to see everything!

Now the babies are no long living in bunk bed style conditions. Their sacs have moved left to right and now they are beside each other. The smaller baby is on my left side and the bigger one is on my right side now. They share a common wall and they were kicking each other through this wall. The space war is on! Akhil has always told me the smaller baby is waaay more active which I saw (I never knew since I could never see the ultrasounds). He/she was flipping over, kicking, moving her hands…it was so cool! The bigger one was just hanging out and getting mad when the other baby disturbed him!

Also both our cute little babies are thumb suckers!!!! I guess they take after their mommy!
